Hitting Development Class Phase 1, 2, and 3

The program is specialized for players ranging from youth baseball to travel ball. Hitting Development is our main class here at Strike Force Academy and really works hard on putting kids in different drills, and situations to get them ready for the season. Training will consist of basic swing mechanics, specialized individual swing mechanics, plate coverage drills, approach to the plate, mental hitting drills, live hitting vs. live pitching last week. Our hitting development class has been going on for 5 years now at Strike Force and has had many successful stories. We have had many of our athletes who take the development class come back for more training because they loved it. Our Training classes are coached by Coach Casey Wilson, and staff!
