Please wear baseball pants, jersey tucked in, belt, and a hat to every practice
Practices are from 5:30pm-7:00pm and alternate inside and outside on Tuesdays and Thursdays
No Spikes/ Gum/ Seeds at inside practices
Arrive no later than 30 minutes before the game
White or grey pants with the Strike Force Jersey, and hat provided must be worn tucked in with a belt
Games will be a 6-inning doubleheader every Saturday. 1:45 minute time limit, we will keep the games moving.
If you cannot make a game, you must let us know! All lineups are created the night before. If you are a no-show, we have to focus on writing a lineup instead of working with our players
No parents in the dugout! The only time we will allow parents by the dugout is for drinks or snacks. Please do not coach during the game. That is our time. After the game, you can do that!
If and when it does rain, we will communicate.
All communication will be through GroupMe, email, and announcements on the homepage of the Strike Force Website.
We will make decisions on practices no later than 3:30 pm!
Game weather will be communicated through GroupME and email for all games. Make up game date for rainouts will be the last Saturday in September!
