My name is Brandon Albright, and I’m a former collegiate baseball player who spent four years competing for John Carroll University. After earning my Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, I continued my education with a Master’s in Exercise Physiology focused on Human Performance.
Growing up as a three-sport athlete, my biggest challenge was making real improvements in speed, agility, and strength. I worked hard but often didn’t see that effort translate into faster sprint times or better power numbers. Over time, I realized the problem wasn’t work ethic — it was the type of training I was doing. Shifting my focus to quick-twitch, explosive movements completely changed my performance.
With the knowledge and experience I’ve gained, my mission is to help young athletes avoid the same struggles and learn how to train effectively. Whether it’s improving sprint speed, building strength, or sharpening agility, I aim to create an informative and challenging environment that pushes athletes to reach their full potential. Most importantly, I want to give them the tools and knowledge they can carry throughout their athletic journey to take their game to the next level.
